1. Return Eligibility

• Product received is damaged during delivery.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Manufacturing defect in the product.
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
• Products returned without original packaging.
• Products damaged due to improper handling.

3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, your refund will be approved if it meets our return conditions.

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI after collecting your bank/UPI details.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
• Orders already shipped cannot be cancelled.

5. Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement subject to stock availability.
